Have you closed many deals using this technique?

And his technique was quite simple.. you put the rent pinned to the front door on the 1st for half of his props the other half the 15.th those two days he drove around and collected rent.. no rent pinned to the door he then pinned a 3 day notice..  

The secondary reason - this is not a "tried and true" technique yet. 

Not closing is selling only a contract which is an assignment. 2 different selling techniques - 1 deals with the contract, 1 deals with the property. 

I am also a certified Home Stager and I hlep some of my clients sell their homes with simple but very effective techniques on Home Staging.

Ultimately, my annualized return is the same but I end up making more money through quantity.I am actually working on an edited technique to do just this and am very excited about it.

If you want to be successful using someone's technique, it strikes me as not very smart to try to guess what you are supposed to do when you could simply buy the course - get the knowledge - and apply the technique.

Hey, my neighbor needs surgery but has no health insurance, so i'll go to a medical doctor site, read about surgical techniques and then offer to perform the surgery for my neighbor.It never ceases to amaze me that people with no knowledge or experience think they can be successful in real estate; what it really is is an arrogance that devalues the ability, experience, knowledge of those that have studied and performed successfully in the field for many years.
