To be honest, I'm contemplating on which market I'd like to specialize in.

Well after many months contemplating about registering for class I am finally taking the plunge into the real estate field.

We have been contemplating the idea to add myself onto the house deeds and obtain a HELOC under my name because of my W2 income.Thanks in advance for your help BP community!

Contemplating how we mold what we learn into our way of doing business so that it works for us is one of the keys to success.

@Russ Scheider  appreciate the perspective...I am currently contemplating giving my realtor a break, she has been spending a lot of time showing me properties and making offers...sounds like you have a good relationship with your realtor.

I may have no choice but to rent it out immediately during interim occupancy b/c I'm not living in it, sitting vacant.So I'm at a point right now of just contemplating and thinking things over...do I see a future for the area, my thoughts are all over the place.  

I was also contemplating setting up a business entity and transferring the title from my current property to the LLC (or other entity) and then going after a CLOC.

Perhaps you can tell your agent you are contemplating calling the Real Estate Commission.
