Hello, just want to introduce myself. I am a REI from central NJ with interest in buy and hold properties in attractive markets in the US. I have 2 properties currently but hope to have my 3rd within the next year and am looking to continue growing from there.

Interested in meeting anyone who is on the same path! Thanks

Thanks for the messages @Eric Dea & @Justin Fraser - My rentals are in Long Branch NJ and Memphis TN. To be honest, I'm contemplating on which market I'd like to specialize in. NJ has me feeling a bit underwhelmed due to the favorable tenant laws, high cost of property, and the state's current direction. So, I don't mean to be negative towards NJ; I just feel that there may be better markets for focusing on rental opportunities. I've purchased in TN and am happy with the team I have set up and the rental market there. So, I'm not sure about focusing my energy on that market or if another would present itself as a more favorable opportunity.

Part of my interest on joining BP was to locate those markets that seem to be stable and favorable to landlords.

Thanks again
