Well after many months contemplating about registering for class I am finally taking the plunge into the real estate field. Classes begin on the 27th this month and I'm excited to begin my new journey. I have been on this forum for nearly a year and never posted anything only reading daily. Just want to learn as much as possible and eventually become a full time investor. The process is not easy, but I am willing to learn the business.
