Is this a motivated seller with an open mind?

I've never tried to look at if it can do texts, but it seems like something that a product like that could do... but the idea of a shared google calendar and calendar notifications might be good... 

But I think I have been very responsive to her requests thus far and have been polite and professionally friendly.The other night she texted me in the evening and asked me if I would print a document out for her from a USB drive. 

I used a pay or quit letter in Feb so she paid on the 8th,  today I texted her to ask how she would pay but i have not heard from her, yet?!   

@Engelo Rumora is just a call, email, or text message away so that part of your post is simply false and makes me question the motive of your post.
