SMS messaging for cleaner
Hello!
We are currently using Lodgify PMS to manage our 5 STRs but one big missing feature is the ability to send a SMS to our cleaners on bookings, cancellations and day before checkouts. I can’t find an add on solution that handles this either. Other PMS seem to do this (hospitable and host tools).
Our cleaner is insisting on this communication via SMS and not using a separate app (like Lodgify PM module or turbo).
We cannot continue to handle this manually. Is anyone aware of a solution that will handle this?

We have an entirely too complex PMS for 5 units (Streamline - used on typically 50+ unit portfolios). However, Guesty does (did) offer this when we used it years ago. I would do what John says and if that does not cover it then look into Breezeway or EZCare. They are cleaning/maintenance specific tools.
