Looking for Peer to Practice Raising Money Pitch

Lorenzo Lopez
Posted

Hello everyone,

I’m a 20 year old aspiring multifamily syndicator and I’m looking for someone with who I can practice and role-play pitching deals to with a full presentation and answering tough questions.

If anybody could help, would be an absolute honor and very appreciated.

Thanks

I recommend focusing first on gaining solid experience in the industry. The most persuasive pitches often come from genuine storytelling based on real-life experiences.

Additionally, while it may be tough to hear, age can be a factor in this industry. Being young might present challenges in being taken seriously. Consider this a motivation to build a robust portfolio and demonstrate your capabilities through actual results.
