I got my license in Texas and now working with Keller Williams in Marble Falls, Texas.

Not only could I do them around my work schedule, but I could do them at work ;) I am with a large national broker, Keller Williams, they are fairly investor friendly and offer a little bit of everything for everyone because of their size and the size of their offices.

The only two i've heard of are Kaplan and the Keller Williams one.

My best friend just transitioned from being a residential agent to a commercial agent with Keller Williams there.

I just met with Keller Williams, which seems like a great fit for a full-time agent, but for me their monthly costs would render it a counter-productive partnership.Anyone have any suggestions?

He's with Keller Williams and i think they take 30% of the commission so 8,400.

We are about to close on our first place and our realtor with keller williams is using their in house title company.
