OK. I've listened to all the Podcasts (UBG 2-3x a week), Read most of the popular motivator pieces (Kiyosaki, Gerber, B. Graham, & N. Hill), Heard all the success stories, determined that Real Estate investing is the industry for me.....Now what? I'm poised to jump into this industry and I would love to meet and greet new and experienced investors in the Delaware area who may, inter alia, be able to coach/mentor me in the right direction..I Would love to go out to coffee or lunch, help refer you where I can and establish great, lasting relationships. Please advise. I'm in the Newark/Bear Delaware area, but can easily jump to the Philadelphia area.
