I was watching one of BP’s webinars the other day and one of the strategies that was mentioned was the stack.

I have heard from multiple webinars, podcasts, and books that people have put a piece of property under contract AND then went out and found the cash/money for the property.

Basically just been consuming podcast, books, webinars/ videos as much as I used to mindlessly scroll through social media.

I have been slowing making my way through the podcast and webinars.

So in @Matt Faircloth's recent webinar  "How to Find and Evaluate Your First Apartment Building Deal" he talks about putting together a "Deal Hotsheet" which he shares with his "hunters" so they can find him deals that fit his needs.

From what I know all I can say is read , listen, read , and listen lol listen to YouTube’s, podcast, and webinars.

So, I really want to take the advice that Brandon has said a couple times in the webinars I have seen.

I have also heard that no area is too expensive if the number work (BP Webinars)  I know there are different factors to consider when looking at a property.
