Newbie from New Jersey, looking into the real estate investment

Nicole Ramirez
Posted

Hi everyone, I'm originally from New York City but currently, I live in Newark, NJ and I'm a mother of a baby boy. I work full-time but I've always wanted to try the real estate investment and to build the financial freedom for my family especially my son. I'm very much more drawn to the whole flipping house aspect of the real estate investment. How/where should I start this? I'd really like to learn as much as I can about it and I would really appreciate if somebody can help me out here. Have a blessed day!

Welcome @Nicole Ramirez! Listen to the podcasts and read some of the books mentioned on there. That should help guide you to your next step. Real estate is a mindset and there's no fast lane to success. It takes a lot of work and learning. Welcome to the game and best of luck to you!
