Can you look at how I am visualizing it and correct it if there are errors? 

We also try and post pictures so that the guests can visualize themselves in that same situation to see the benefits they may get from renting. 

Functionally, the texture won't hurt anything, but visually it cheapens the job, would make me question the quality of workmanship throughout.

Because of this, home gets only 6 offers instead of 10, because buyers don't like the home with all the junk in it (and owner has a TON of junk) buyers can't visualize themselves in the new home and thus, less offers are received and home sells for 1.9M instead of $2M.

I contacted the listing agent, who said I can make an offer contingent upon an internal visual inspection.

It wasn't particularly useful to track projects, but functioned as a visual aid to communicate project timelines to clients.I would love a more functional tool, I'll give Agantty a try.
