Just 2 minor questions.

Wall texture was sprayed all over the pipes and electric behind the water heater. Is this super important to remove? It would probably take a lot of elbow grease since it's been dry for over a week.

Also, does it make a difference in final sale price to have medicine cabinets or just mirrors over these vanities? Currently, there are medicine cabinets, but they might be too small? (The pictures of the medicine cabinets were taken while they were covered for texturing).

Functionally, the texture won't hurt anything, but visually it cheapens the job, would make me question the quality of workmanship throughout. Don't give your potential buyers reason to question. A very wet terry cloth rag will remove it. Honestly, that medicine cabinet also looks super cheap. I think you'd be better off with a mirror, or for not too much money Lowes sells med cabinets that have big oval mirrors over it, so they look more designer. Good luck!
