I've also got my NOD list I'll be working this weekend for hopefully a little hot, sticky sub2 action ;)

We typically have no issues but sometimes we come across a sticky situation with students which are backed by OSU department of student affairs.We are looking to continue to build our network and team and are looking for some solid real estate experienced lawyer , ideally with a lot of tenant law experience.Any advise or reference?

I started my Real Estate Pre-licence course through the WRA last summer but due to my living situation changing i was not able to finish.I'm heading to Rice Lake, WI this summer to start college (yes I'm only 18).

Go directly to the wholesaling forum there are  some "sticky posts" at the top that talk about how to find buyers.

But really all those home improvement books/websites that say "1 hour" or "2 hours" for a task are usually wildly optimistic estimates (and don't count just getting to the property, studying the project, planning and prepping the job, getting materials, clean up, unforeseen issues, sticky wickets, etc). 

Calling, stopping by their house and leaving a yellow sticky note on the door can be very effective.

My business plan is a couple of sticky notes misplaced somewhere. 

Prices are sticky on the way down.
