Hey everyone!

My name is Alex and I'm a new real estate investor. I found BiggerPockets last year watching YouTube videos on creative financing for deals and I have listened to almost every podcast at least once.

I was born in Ukraine and lived in orphanages around Ukraine and Russia. I go by my birth name Pierce but my legal name is Alex. I've had a bit of a rough time in my life (orphanages, shelters and foster homes) but my life has led me to real estate at age 15. I started my Real Estate Pre-licence course through the WRA last summer but due to my living situation changing i was not able to finish.

I'm heading to Rice Lake, WI this summer to start college (yes I'm only 18). I have a child on the way with my wonderful girlfriend, which is one of the reasons I've decided to get serious about real estate investing. I'm interested in Multi Family housing, condos and such due to my college not having housing. I plan to be able to get my first condo within a year and life in it myself while renting out the other section/s.

I AM inexperienced, I AM young, but i am a very hard worker and learn with a passion. I am so excited to be able to learn from all of you. Thanks guys!
