Hello everyone!

Not a question but just a general post..

I am doing some minor renovations to my 1st property and what a learning curve.  I really haven't done much but the time it takes to simply paint cabinets alone is forever.  I literally checked the clock and it said 2AM lol  I am by myself but holy cow.

Now I can appreciate the importance of turnover time when that moment comes.  Everything is a first for me so it is overwhelming but super exciting.  Especially if my unit rents right away.  Planning, organizing, and preparing for proper execution is critical for this to go faster next time around.  Thanks for reading!
