Any ref for a lawyer specialized in real estate in Columbus Ohio

Hi We have a few properties in Columbus, OH. These properties are close to OSU campus, obviously attracting students. We typically have no issues but sometimes we come across a sticky situation with students which are backed by OSU department of student affairs. We are looking to continue to build our network and team and are looking for some solid real estate experienced lawyer , ideally with a lot of tenant law experience. Any advise or reference?
