hungry in Phoenix

Been lurking for a month or so, soaking this all in and consuming as much info as I can get.  I am a Phoenix native, born and raised in Maryvale.  Eight weeks ago none of this was realistic to me, but since I joined BP and AZREIA my world has grown much larger.  Not sure where this will take me, but I'm hitting the meetings and shaking hands, making friends, and jumping in on other peoples projects. I am eager and willing to work for free in exchange for the experience and passing on of knowledge.  If anyone here in town needs a strong back or just an extra pair of hands,  feel free to message me here and I'll give you my number.  Last person to take me up on this offer got an attic full of rat feces cleaned out for free, so please know I am serious!

My background is in manufacturing,  20+ years now.  I own a home in South Central Phoenix where I live with my wife and two daughters.  Locals will see me at most of the AZREIA and PREC meetings, and at tonight's Women of AZREIA I will have my nine year old with me.  If you spot us, please say hi to her and make her feel welcome and capable (her name is Brenda).

Anyone willing to teach/mentor me without insisting on being paid up front will get a 90/10 split on our first deal together, 80/20 on the second, 70/30 on the 3rd, and 60/40 in perpetuity for any additional deals or partnerships we have together.   I've almost been seperated from my savings account twice in 10 days, but now I know what to look for and hopefully can keep scammers at bay...
