I have 3 Halo locks and I have not experienced your issue but 1) the batteries do not last long 2) one of them has a quirk that it sometimes starts with less than the full keypad displayed.

It isn't as easy to find them, so you need to utilize the creativity and hard work that others are too lazy to display.

I would recommend you going onto Zillow and display "for sale" and "for rents" on the same map to get an idea of the ratios.
