I have not familiarity with any of those markets, have just saw a tone of videos about Baltimore and seems like they numbers work out and I have seen prices incredibly low for a home to rehab and remodeled house higher than I would expect.

- Will they preview properties for you, taking narrated videos they send to you?

Compare to CA: I was just in a cabin construction yesterday doing a walk through video- priced at $717k, 3/2, that will come with 'luxury finishes'/fully furnished/turn-key when it's completed at the end of March. 

With pictures and video that can be sent on progress, many of the investors I work with never visit the property. 

Just know that it is a "no days off" kind of business and very mechanical.I would suggest documenting your process via video so that eventually you can bring people on to replace the different hats you will be wearing.Keep in mind of these 5 components of any wholesale business.lead generation, deal sourcing, underwriting, marketing, transaction coordination.

Additionally, they should be helping with taking video walkthroughs of the location and the property, estimating renovations/scope of work, helping you learn neighborhoods, building your real estate team, etc.

=) We've been listening to a number of BP podcasts, YouTube videos, and have been expanding our library of BP books.

Their videos consistently said that none of their investors had ever lost money.
