Not necessarily asking others what they think you should do, but instead starting to immerse yourself in the business through what @Tamiel Kenney said: podcasts, conferences, networking, and what was said about reading books, and especially @Ellie Perlman's advice: "There are SO MANY ways to invest in real estate.
