Hello Bigger Pockets community!

I'm new to the REI world but I am very passionate about Real Estate Investing and Financial Independence. I'd like to gain experience by working for a local central Ohio investor!

I haven't bought my first property yet but I have done ample research, read many books, listen to countless podcasts and ultimately I've become well versed in many key REI topics. I've really gravitated towards flipping homes and accumulating rental properties but I find all aspects of REI interesting.

I’m 25, passionate to learn the business and ready to work! My schedule is very flexible and I’m just looking for a good opportunity to immerse myself in Real Estate!
