New to Realestate, need help getting started.

I'm starting from square one. I'm 19, have 40k to use towards buying property but have no idea on how to get started. I have no guidance or much knowledge about the real estate industry. Both of my parents are dead and I have no family. Could anyone please be generous enough to send me links on how I can get this started asap? Thank you.
