Those who act that way are (imo) far from being ready to handle the stress, anxiety, and occasional disappointment of the career real estate investor.  

Rest assured , LP investor would have 100% chance of saying "what the hell why are they doing this".You would not believe how many LP investors are disappointed becaused they have been duped in some ways or another.Investing in syndication is almost like black box literally, you pray the market support then and their execution would do well.

Maybe that was my location but it provided very disappointing results in terms of the value I had been hoping for.

I have had a highly disappointing experience with Nomad Lease in leasing my condo.

Inevitably you have higher tenant turnover, resulting in higher operating expenses, resulting in an owner disappointed with their property manager. 

You only see disappointment and complaints on the daily calls.

I will say that this year has been a bit of a disappointment overall for STR stuff.

The city, at the time, expressed disappointment at the ruling and began reviewing its options in response.We now have some clarity on the city’s response to the ruling, and it’s overall good news for STR investors wishing to operate in accordance with local law.
