Ok so this is pretty specialized but it is 47% off. I actually have this unit in my home theater right now. I attended a XGIMI release in Seattle last fall on a special invite and they gave me this for reviewing. I was doing reviews for a specific company as use for gaming demos due to it's compact size and LED/Laser light source. It is amazingly sharp, compact and has easy placement. It is DLP. It is a good buy for a 20k hour light source life unit. If you are looking for a home theater projector for your STR, this is a good choice.

This is the exact one we have in our lake house. It is one of the few smart thermostats that works without a C wire. It does require some kind of power, but if you have A/C and heat then it works off of the one that is not currently pulling power. Super reliable, easy for guests to adjust, the app is excellent and it integrates with the Samsung SmartThings hub and works with that app as well. Love it!

So that is it for now. Prime Day ends soon so scan for yourselves and see what might be there. I will say that this year has been a bit of a disappointment overall for STR stuff. The best stuff sold out very quickly. Like a Shark Rocket Pro for $119. Gone in just a few minutes.
