May sound counterintuitive, but I see too many investors try and broaden their net into different markets, only to never pull the tigger and getting stuck in the long run. 

Had I only done more homework, and broadened my perspective, I may have discovered that I could take my gain and invest it into a real estate syndication and reap incredible rewards.

Now that we have that out of the way, which do you believe someone should do first get the insights and knowledge of a flip by wholesaling deals and saving money or learn hands on what a flip takes and take that into wholesaling to broaden their areas of investing?

I'll definitely make sure to utilize all of the available resources here to broaden my knowledge!

@Lisa Alexander You should continue your search (perhaps broaden the area that you're searching in) and scrutinize/analyze the deals you find as best you can, interest rates continue to hover near all time lows which is great for buyers though the market is still hot and prices reflect that.
