What books should I read?

Posted

I'm brand new in the real estate investing world and I'm trying to understand all the nomenclature and procedures into simply just buying my first single-family home. I'm interested in house flipping and how to better look into the markets to broaden my profits. I'm only 22 and I'm also just trying to become a law enforcement officer. I'm starting my journey with the book, How to Invest in Real Estate, but I want to know which books I should also read to understand these procedures. As Robert Kiyosaki stated in the latest podcast, I'm just trying to study before I dive in. Can someone help me?

@Erik Nick Thank you so much on the input. It means a lot to me that people are reaching out to me. I was a bit spectacle about asking questions on here but you and a couple of others really changed my perspective about this.
