Given that some dogs provide therapy-type assistance to vets with PTSD or others with emotional disabilities, the disability may not be obvious.

I use to be in respiratory therapy when I was younger and slightly better looking.

I am currently taking classes to get my real estate license and have been attending some great agent training at the beautiful new Keller Williams (Pacific Estates) office in Cerritos, CA.I love my CD business as well as massage therapy, but I am really excited about the potential that real estate offers to help provide for my family's long term financial dreams.  

I don't mind if a tenant works from home as long as that work does not create any strain whatsoever to maintenance of the property, or cause inconvenience, noise, and liability to anyone else.For example, buying and selling stuff, requiring UPS or FedEx multiple times a day for pick up, drop off, sometimes many packages on doorsteps; running a misery, conducting a yoga class, hair and nail, pet grooming, are all going to have frequent visitors that may park in neighbor's parking spaces, and you might be liable if a dog being groomed in unit C bit a baby being dropped off for baby sitting in unit B.  

The doctor's signed form that was provided to me was very vague - "Please allow companion pet".The doctor's note didn't identify or outline a condition for which the companion dog is a treatment or therapy, like stress or anxiety or grief?  

She is out of physical therapy and back at home.

There is also a difference between service animals and emotional support/therapy animals.

I too spent lots of time and too many dollars on a Doctoral Degree that I no longer use (clinical doctorate in physical therapy-so a whole lot easier than yours:)....Investing can do the trick for you.
