Newbie Introduction

Hi!  My name is Princess (real name) from Southern California and I am pretty new to this website.  I have been trying to upload a picture but the process seems stuck and I will keep trying.

I am currently an online entrepreneur (inspirational spoken-word CDs) and a certified massage therapist who is preparing to get more involved in the real estate business.  My CD business is pretty automated and is more of a self-help ministry.  And I love the hands-on healing aspect of massage, but physically can only perform a limited number of sessions (no leverage of time), while also running the risk of wearing myself down physically or energetically.  Therefore, I see real estate as a great option to leverage time and money in the pursuit of my goals.

Over the years my husband and I have casually bought and sold a small number of investment properties and we currently co-own a 12-unit residential property in Utah.  I am currently taking classes to get my real estate license and have been attending some great agent training at the beautiful new Keller Williams (Pacific Estates) office in Cerritos, CA.

I love my CD business as well as massage therapy, but I am really excited about the potential that real estate offers to help provide for my family's long term financial dreams.  I finally feel ready to take my knowledge & experience to the next level as an active Investor-Agent.

That's it for now!  Looking forward to reading your posts, your blogs and networking with those who have blazed the trail.  God bless!
