Imagine a potential buyer being able to review a home you've taken them to and actually visualize themselves in the home (begin to plan themselves in it).

Can you look at how I am visualizing it and correct it if there are errors? 

We also try and post pictures so that the guests can visualize themselves in that same situation to see the benefits they may get from renting. 

Functionally, the texture won't hurt anything, but visually it cheapens the job, would make me question the quality of workmanship throughout.
