I am getting my real estate license this summer to better understand my market, and have been to a few local workshops.

It's actually going to be the first day of a three day workshop for "Team Invest Pro" a community of investors dedicated to helping other Real Estate Investors thrive,  through a combination of a common education and a community working together.

The founder Del Walmsley has been doing the Multifamily business model for over 25 years and listening to his podcasts and going to his 2 day workshop in Houston was life altering for me, when combined with that amazing Multifamily Millions Book and Loopholes of RE book too.I love how apartment complexes are valued primarily by the Net Operating Income and is not at the mercy of comps.  

I attended the Fortune Builders real estate investing seminar about 6 months ago and payed to go to their 3 day workshop which was probably my greatest single investment so far in my life, the amount of information I received payed the fee for the workshop 10 times over.

I went to a Real estate workshop recently in des moines which really motivated me to want to begin, but where do I even start?

Was looking at a listing today and it's a small SFH that has a garage that was converted into a workshop-thing.

Also, if you're looking to owner occupy, a good alternative to duplexes is a SFH + guest house, or a SFH that you can reposition a garage or workshop into a guest house or 2nd dwelling, and has no airbnb restrictions.

Hi I am new to realestate, just attended REW Real Estate Workshop in houston, texas, I do not have enough real estate knowledge to pay $40,000, I am looking to find a mentor who can teach and i could do the leg work.Can you guys tell me how you got started and what are your experiences.hope to hear from few of you guys
