Looking for knowledge and resources
Just went to the Than Merrill 3 day workshop. They want ALOT of money for the course.I'm just looking for some good honest information and knowledge on flipping houses without spending a fortune to gurus.

J Scott's book on flipping houses and estimating rehab costs are IMO the best money I have spent learning about flipping houses. I'm actually rereading it again to ensure I have all my ducks in a row so to speak with regard to flipping houses.
In addition to those 2 books I also recommend reading Brandon Turner's book on no/low money down strategies for investing in real estate. These 3 books offer a wealth of knowledge at half the price of these so called "guru courses". Hope this helps you out.
