Hello everyone, My name is Basil and I'm new to the BP community! I am a 20 year old full time college student who works full time (about 60 hours a week) at a car dealership as a Sales consultant so it is a little difficult to find time to do anything, I'm more than willing to sacrifice sleep to get things done I just do not know where to start!

Ever since I was a sophomore in high school I knew I wanted to something in real estate so I read and read and read and go to real estate seminars whenever they are around in my area. I attended the Fortune Builders real estate investing seminar about 6 months ago and payed to go to their 3 day workshop which was probably my greatest single investment so far in my life, the amount of information I received payed the fee for the workshop 10 times over.

The reason for this post is in hopes of somebody being able to point me into the right direction, I know I want to start doing this I just do not know how. I don't have any capital so I like to think wholesaling is the best way to go for me to start off so I can build capital but I'm wondering what is the first thing I need to do to start my career. I am very serious about this and I have been for a very long time but it's about damn time I stop making excuses for myself not having time and get started with doing something I know I love!

Any kind of help is appreciated even criticism!
