New couple of investors in Spokane

Hi! We are very new to investing in the Spokane area, so new that we are looking for good networking opportunities, contractors, leads for tri- and quads, and a REI group or others interested in the same! My hubby and I are working through our brokers courses for our licenses. We both maintain full time jobs but want to start building our portfolio as another income and financial security and legacy for our big family.
