Looking to build a strong team in my area

Hello everyone from BP!

My name is Wade. I am 28 years old, and I am currently living in Greenville SC. I am an elementary school teacher and I am taking this summer to get my business jumpstarted. I am looking to get started in real estate investing. I am searching for a mentor (investor/wholesaler) in my area that would be interested in discussing the beginning stages of this business. I am getting my real estate license this summer to better understand my market, and have been to a few local workshops. There is still a ton of gray area and I have a lot of questions.

I am planning on starting with wholesaling, but eventually move into rehabbing after building a strong team to help along the way. So if you are in my area, or have any insight you think might help. I would greatly appreciate it.
