I have a few rules though#1 - I always have to meet and interact with the animal before approval.#2 - They have to be under 20 lbs.#3 - Any feces on the property has to be promptly picked up and removed.#4 - An extra pet deposit.and many times just as a courtesy to the other tenants in the complex I will take their comfort and happiness with the situation into account

The money raise side of the business is a lot different than the development side of the business, but overall I think the folks I interact with to gate raises on all the sites have a pretty good grasp of both industries.

We would use our attorney for the documentation needed but don't really want them involved in interacting with the seller and not sure they would be the best person to guide the transaction.Would a title company provide this service?
