Hi all,

My name is Algia L. Motley, originally from NJ, but now call Atlanta home since 1993. I got my real estate license in 2004 and operate as an agent on a part-time basis. I’m brand new to the investing side of the business and looking to start as a wholesaler.

Interestingly, I found BP after being constantly directed to it after various Google searches on real estate investing topics. Finally, I got the bright idea to just check out the site directly and find out all that it has to offer. Now I’m here and looking forward to interacting with many of you. Great job on the new design, btw. I also listened to the the latest podcast this morning and I'm hooked.

Currently, I’m engrossed in learning about investing in real estate and seeking to build a list of buyers and I want to start building a list of “good, dependable” contractors for fix/flop jobs in the near future.
