Creating a business for commercial real estate investing

Hello everyone. I am new to the group and I'm so glad we have this forum to ask questions and interact with other like-minded commercial real estate investors. What are the group's recommendations for what type of business to establish when doing commercial real estate investing (i.e. S Corp, LLC, etc.)? I am just starting out by reading and investigating, as well as trying to determine in what type of commercial real estate to start investing. Thank you in advance for the responses.
