Hey everybody!  My name is Josh.  I've become a bit of a Bigger Pockets Podcast junkie these last few weeks.  I created my BP account a while ago, but haven't yet done an introduction.  From what I've heard on the podcasts, and seen in posts, this place seems like a great community!  I hope that I am able to contribute.

I'm an avid guitar player....guitar is my thing.  I love the idea of succeeding in real estate so that I have more time to play guitar!  But that's not the only reason I want to get into it.  I love looking at properties!  I've developed a passion for that as well....I'm currently looking to get into an owner occupied multi unit and then branch off from there.  Potentially flips, but maybe buy and holds.  Looking forward to interacting more with everyone here.
