I don't know if my mortgage will have any effect on a 1031 exchange or not.My question revolves around how I can do the 1031 exchange.  

My real estate agent pulled two comps (aren't many for this sort of building) and one came back around $110 and one cam back around $180. 

Looking into Turnkeys but don't have time fly there, look around the nab and check the house( i'm new.. wont even know what to look for)  I need someone to go walk through the property and check the rehab work, location, and general feel of the property and check the comps(near by rentals) along with a video of the walk thru ( cam phone video would be fine) .
