Looking into Turnkeys but don't have time fly there, look around the nab and check the house( i'm new.. wont even know what to look for) I need someone to go walk through the property and check the rehab work, location, and general feel of the property and check the comps(near by rentals) along with a video of the walk thru ( cam phone video would be fine) .
