All google is doing is picking out the manipulators and rewarding the non-manipulators with good content.Write for your users, and never worry about google updates (google updates are just an other word for "Google figured out to be more human-like, i.e. they updated and improved their manipulation catching algorithms".Your users will bookmark your page, stay on your site longer, click buttons, scroll through pages, and most importantly... filling the form.

Hi Steve, My name is Stefan, I'm a new member to biggerpockets and was scrolling the forums and saw your post.

I remember when it was a big announcement when Josh posted that they just hit 250,000 Members.I used to log in each evening and go to the “newest posts” page and scroll through every thread title all the way back to the previous evening and post responses wherever I thought I could add value.

It isn't difficult to scroll through just these forums and find a number of stories of people stuck in these situations.

There is a small saying those who cannot do - TEACH.The market data I rely on is once a day I scroll MLS and check out all the rehabs that are up for sale, what areas they are in, then I check sold rehabs for the county every week to find out what sell, how long they sold for, what they looked like and how long they were on the market.

Go on Craigslist and scroll through the for rent.

Those alerts can also be seen if you mouse over the "Inbox" on the upper right menu bar and scroll down.

I've also seen some websites where the mouse scrolls in a certain direction (towards closing) it opens a pop-up.
