Canadian Newbie!! Looking for any and all help and conversation!!

Hi, I am brand new to the game, have been learning for a couple years and am just about ready to dive head first into the game. I am Shaun Anderson and I am in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada!! (It's easier to draw then to spell, haha)

I welcome any conversation as I am still learning and looking for info and contacts of all kind.

My core belief is that every aspect of this business is building relationships, whether it be a realtor, bank, property manager, power team or even contractors and appraisers!! My philosophy is that the more you get to know any of these people on a more personal basis, the more willing they are to help you!!

I am learning all about private money and all other kinds of lenders as I am wanting to use 0% of my own money!! This may spark debate among some but I am finding there are ways to do it and I am having some luck already!!

Welcome any comments regarding the funding stuff!

I am currently looking at residential multi-family properties in the Columbus, Ohio area so if anyone has any experience with investing there, has good referrals for anything or just wants to chat about a common area please feel free to message me any time!!

I look forward to making many new connections and friends here and helping others as much a possible as I learn!!

Best of luck to everyone, let's all prosper!!

Check out the Start Here page http://www.biggerpockets.com/starthere

Two Great reads, I bought both J. Scott The Book on Flipping Houses,The Book on Estimating ReHab Costshttp://www.biggerpockets.com/flippingbook

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and all the cash buyers (rehabbers) you will need.

Download BP’s newest book here some good due diligence in Chapter 10. Real Estate Rewind Starting over
