Not keen on where the other money is coming from, but I couldn’t stockpile money fast enough to make it happen.

We are keen to start investing in other, probably multi-family, real estate.Also, we are considering buying an inexpensive used car or two on financing (Crazy I know, but change of employment means losing a company car for her, and my old VW is a reliability disaster and IRR shows it is a major liability). 

For us that is the evening grind and most of us aren't keen on sharing our secrets to finding deals with people competing in the same market...

Naturally the city isn't too keen on this kind of behavior and the owner was slapped with a stop work order.

I've had multiple experiences where the tenants were not too keen on the process since they had to deal with people staring in their windows on the off hours of showings. 

We are currently a bit more keen on Dallas from a diversification perspective, clustering strategy and believe north Dallas is exceptional from a market perspective (job, pop growth).  

We are keenly interested in the Downriver area...

However, they aren't a magic bullet solution to avoid taxation and there are plenty of rules to abide by - the IRS isn't keen on just giving out loans after all.
