Looking for current flippers in the Twin Cities to "intern" for

I think I might be in the "analysis paralysis" faze. I've been reading/researching for months, saved money and am ready to fix/flip. However, fear keeps holding me in place.

Are there any rehabbers/flippers in the Twin Cities that would be willing to show me the ropes and essentially let me "work" (watch) along side them for a few months? I am not looking to get paid for this opportunity. Just want to go get out on the field and see how this all works.

@Breyan Lallas what made you pick "fix/flip" instead of "buy & hold"? Also, a lot of the times (at least in my situation - when properties are rented out and there are no remodeling projects) it's pretty boring and there's nothing to shadow really, other than sitting on the couch together and browsing MLS :) When there is a deal, things move pretty slow too - negotiations (through an agent most of the time); inspection; financing; closing - that's when the fun begins where you're involved pretty much daily and many hours per day. But when there's no "project", there's nothing to follow or watch. Having said that, feel free to PM, I'll give you my number and you can bounce ideas or ask questions - I'm happy to share. In January I'm closing on a commercial building and right now I'm in "planning" stages and getting bids. My buddy is remodeling a duplex by Lake Nokomis.
