I know that there's tons of information here on bigger pockets, and trust me, I'm gonna dig through A LOT of it, but I'm looking for a mentor, or coach of sorts to push me in the right direction of REI.

I'd tend to steer people away from the practice rather than coach on how to do it -- there are better business models that are focused on adding value that I'd rather see people embrace.My meetup is really about sitting down and talking nuts and bolts, and, while I am agent, property manager, contractor, etc, I don't host the meeting to sell you anything nor do I charge anything to join, which many other meetups do.

Then our free evening classes are of great value at our office at Tilly Mill off Peachtree Ind in the Home Depot parking lot.Since you where a member last we've added Wholesaling coaching, I'm starting up a master mind that meets 4x a year on a Sat etc etc.

The units are split between two buildings - one 3-unit brick in front and one 4 unit coach house in back.  

Since this is my first customer and my coaches in the offices are not answering, I would like some advice on what steps should be taken to ensure everything is done the right way.    

It's not what I was expecting but I ended up getting 1-on-1 underwriting coaching for free.I didn't want to be a mere "employee" so I kept looking for others to potentially partner with. 

I'm sure the Option Coaches will be on this shortly.

We are full time in our motor coach and do tax sales along with other investments in NC in the spring when it is getting to hot in Florida.
