Gen. Contractor rec for a 7 unit Chicago - Wicker Park Gut Rehab

Hey all,

Been browsing the site for a while, first post.  Does anyone have a great general contractor that they'd recommend for a 7 unit gut rehab in the Wicker Park area?  The units are split between two buildings - one 3-unit brick in front and one 4 unit coach house in back.  Looking to have electrical, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, possibly windows and roofs as well.  

Not 100% set on pulling full permits, might risk going "repair/replace" instead to save time and extra cost.
