I know that there's tons of information here on bigger pockets, and trust me, I'm gonna dig through A LOT of it, but I'm looking for a mentor, or coach of sorts to push me in the right direction of REI. I'm 21 and an older friend of mine recommended clever investor? Good? Bad? Run away?
