If you work with a single lender for the refis, many will offer you discounts for multiples, so even though its not a portfolio per se, you can still save money on some closing costs by doing them all at once.Good luck on it though, would be happy to recommend if it would be helpful.

Things to look out for----Ask a lender what your potential interest rate is going to be and what lender fees are associated with this rate (underwriting fees, points whether they be origination or discount).

There done, this is an extinction level event for discount/flat-fee brokers because there discounted system was reliant on an ocean of ready buyers/buyer agents bringing buyers because that's literally how they could be discount, they just listed on MLS, did the bare minimum.
