Consider the type of investor you strive to be and the type of properties that interest you, then seek out those who are active in those sectors.

In most markets, investors strive for 1% minimum.

If the government takes land or makes it unbearable as an investment in the future, is there further ‘up the chain’ like being the bank, or owning something else that the government is not currently targeting (though inevitably going to strive to control)?
