Just reached agreement on another 50 units of MFRE!

I'm super-excited to report that Two Bridges Asset Management LLC just reached agreement to purchase a really nice 50+ unit property in the Upstate area of South Carolina. We'll close by the end of the year. It will be our third transaction of the year and bring our portfolio to nearly 300 units!

And we're not done with 2014 yet!  Stay tuned for more from Two Bridges . . .
